About Me

Who I am

My name is Lewis Milner, and I graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy. Since then, I’ve worked in clinical settings helping a wide range of clients recover from injury and improve performance. In October 2025, I took the exciting step of launching my own practice.

Having played sport at a high level from a young age, I’ve spent plenty of time on the other side of the treatment table. I believe this first-hand experience has given me a genuine understanding of what it’s like to be the patient — and the importance of providing care that’s not only effective but also supportive and reassuring.

My experience

I have years of experience working in the private clinic setting and alongside elite athletes at Loughborough University, including the NFL team and track and field competitors. I also hold a diploma in sports massage and am fully qualified in acupuncture and dry needling, allowing me to offer a wide range of treatment options to suit each individual’s needs.

How can I help you?

If you’re unsure about the pain you’re experiencing or would like personalised treatment and advice, you can book a session below. You do not have to be an athlete to book in - anyone is welcome! When coming to your appointment, please wear shorts and a t-shirt. Women should also wear a sports bra if possible. You may also bring your own towel if you choose.
